Terms of purchase and fees
Prices on Galoppshopen.se may be changed without notice due to circumstances outside our control, such as currency fluctuations, changes in taxes or custom fees etc. All prices on the web site are shown with the statutory Swedish sales tax of 25%. We make reservations about any printing errors and unreasonable price errors. We only enter agreements with adults 18 years or older.

Methods of payment
With Galoppshopen.se you have several methods of payment to choose from. Debit and Credit card payment (secure payments via Payson), Direct bank transfer (secure transfers via Payson gateway), PaysonFakutra (Invoice payment via Payson/Svea Ekonormi) and also all payment options provided through PayPal. By choosing PaysonFaktura on any order over SEK 300 you have the option to split the payment in multiple smaller installations. The invoice agreement is entered with Payson AB. Card payments or direct bank transfer via Payson
Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Even if you don't have a Payson account your transaction is simple and smooth. Payson work with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payment, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Payson have extremely high security and are PCI certified by Trustwave which is an internation organisation for secure e-commerce. All internet traffic is encrypted with 128 bit SSL and all card transactions are based on the bank's 3D-secure technology. About PaysonFaktura (Invoice)
We offer PaysonFakture - invoice payments, in co-operation with Payson AB.
Terms of payment is 14 days from order. To be able to apply for invoice payment you must be at least 18 years old, registered in Sweden and approved in the credit report conducted at the time of purchase. In the event of a missed or delayed payment we send a payment reminder with a statutory reminder fee (currently SEK 60) added. We also charge an interest of 2% per month from invoice due date. In case a payment is ignored the case will be transferred for collection in which case a statutory collection fee of SEK 180 is added. Payson reserve the right to in any single case deny delivery and reconsider the customer's creditworthiness.
Information on pledge
When using PaysonFaktura the invoice is pledged to Payson and in turn to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
We use DHL as our transporter. Normal delivery time is four (4) working days after completed order. Flat rate shipping within Sweden is currently SEK 75 (SEK 60 + 25% vat) and flat rate shipping to Denmark is SEK 325.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible we currently have no call center or similar to handle incoming questions. Instead we have a support and customer service system set up for digital communication. This enables complete and transparent tracking of all incoming cases and lets you track each and every contact with customer service with ease. Contact with Customer Service is initiated by sending an e-mail to Customer Service (email@example.com). In case closer communication is needed based on the question or case nature we will of course call you and make sure everything is taken care of. Returns are handled via a return request form on the web site (see further informatin below). Any questions regarding returns or exchanges can of course be answered by Customer Service who are more than willing to assist you in case anything is unclear.
Right to withdraw
As a customer to Galoppshopen.se you as a consumer (not applicable to organisations or companies), in accordance to the distance- and home sales law have a 14 day right to withdraw for anything ordered and by that have the right to exit the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to claim this right the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse, in their original packaging and in unchanged condition. You do of course have the right to open a package to try the item(s) to see that they fit or match you expectations. Please be careful and remember that the items may not show signs of wear or dirt. In case you try a saddlecloth, rug or pad please use a sheet or towel between the horse and the product to prevent the product from getting dirty or attract odors. If you try on any apparel, please try not to use perfume as this may transfer to the garment. In case a product for is out of stock at the time the order is to be shipped or any delay in a product's stock availability occur we will immediately contact you to let you decide if you wish to wait for it or if you wish to cancel it without any additional fees. In case of a return any cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Should you choose to return an entire order and nothing is damaged or in any other way voids the full return, we refund the entire total amount of the order, including any shipping fees. We do however charge a return fee, please see above. Should you choose to return part of the order we refund only the value of the goods returned. No fees are refunded. For large or extremely heavy items such as feed, hay or similar goods that are delivered door-to-door using a haulage contractor, alternatively is picked up at one of our partner locations, specific terms apply. Please contact Customer Service for further information. On orders paid for using PaysonFaktura the invoicing fee (SEK 19 + 25% vat) is not refunded as the administration and invoicing fees from Payson still remain.
You of course have the right to exchange an item to another size, color or style. You as a customer cover the return cost. The replacement item is shipped to you without any additional shipping fees. In case a product is flawed, broken or in the rare case you receive a product other than the one you ordered, Galoppshopen.se covers the return shipping. Before you return an item you must Register your return on the web site or by contacting Customer service.
Reclaims and complaints
In case you wish to reclaim or complain regarding a used product you should contact Cusomer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further assistance. In the rare case that a package is damaged or destroyed at the time of arrival to you, this should be registered immediately at the pick up point. If the content is damaged we ask you kindly to contact Customer Service (email@example.com). Consumer law entitles you to complain about a product within three (3) years of purchase date, reserved that the product was flawless upon first arrival. You should notify us on any issues within reasonable time. In case a dispute arises we recommend you to contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). We always follow their recommendations.
Risk of transport and insurance
In case of a return, exchange or complaint the customer if liable of any transportation damages. Remember to always keep your receipts or any copies of communications until the return or exchange is final. All shipments going out from us to you, the customer, are our responsibility and any risk is covered by us.
Failure to collect package
In case a packed isn't collected within the DHL time limit for storing packages (currently 14 days) the package is returned to us and we charge the customer a Failure to Collect fee currently at SEK 149. This is to cover any administrative and extra shipping costs that are incurred by the return.
If an order is returned in its entirety we refund the entire total order amount, including shipping but excluding any added administrative fees such as invoicing fees and, if any, reduced item values caused by damaged returns or items in flawed conditions. Refunds are completed immediately after the return has been approved and the returned items have been checked. In case there is a problem with any of the items returned, we will contact you before a decision is made and refund completed. If the order was paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card that was used to pay. If the order was paid for by invoice the invoice will be credited and a credit will be issued from Payson. If PayPal was used to pay for the order, the money will be refunded to the same PayPal acount that was used to pay the order.
